Policies
- Mastercard, Visa, and cash are accepted.
- There is a 10% service charge and 10% GCT tax are attached to all final bills.
- All quotes are in U.S. currency.
- A three night's deposit is required to hold a reservation.
- 50% of the total cost must be made at least two weeks prior to your reservation date.
- Any cancellation of 30 or fewer days prior to arrival or NO SHOW: NO REFUND & FINAL PAYMENT (balance of stay) is also FORFEITED.
- For travel December 20th - January 4th inclusive, cancellations within 60 days incur a 50% penalty.
- All final payments are due upon arrival.
- No refunds unless we are able to fill your reserved space.
